Organizational Structure

In establishing the organizational structure of NAAEV, the greatest possible flexibility, innovation, quality, work ethics and socially responsible business were taken into account on the one hand, and efficient execution of the set tasks on the other hand.

Bearing in mind the specificity of this type of organization, the established organizational structure follows the established Goals, Mission and Vision of NAAEV, where the main resources of the association are information and knowledge. The dynamic and objectively unpredictable environment in which the association will predominantly operate in this phase, decided the management of NAAEV to design an organic-adaptive model, i.e. project organizational structure in order to be able to meet the demands of the environment that often change from day to day as efficiently as possible.
